LinkBunch - a bunch of links that live at one URL…give that URL to someone and when they open it they will see a bunch of links. The other option is to use a note type service that has public URL’s, like ChangeToLink and ShortText…see similar.
PdfMeNot - upload a PDF or enter a PDF URL (even via a bookmarklet) and it will display that PDF in a flash player. You even get a URL for that page so you can send people a URL to view a PDF in flash, further to this it offers embed code so you can embed a PDF widget in your blog or website.

[UPDATE: Scribd now has a similar feature for email attachments.
You can now email an attachment to ipaper@scribd.com and get a return email with a URL to a flash reader version of the attachment. Then send that link to your friends in an email.
Alternatively, send the attachment to your friends and Scribd in the same email, then your friends will get another email from Scribd with the link to view the attachment in the Flash reader.
The attachment is uploaded to Scribd, but is private…via TC]
