					<description>This is an excellent follow-on from the interview with Peter. thank you. I love your scenario-painting for a way to introduce the technology so that the people concerned get that it's going to help them do their jobs better. 

A mentor coach of mine with years of experience with many different companies says that most people do not go to work wanting to do a mediocre job. He says if they can be shown how they can do a better job/helped to do that, they will be pleased. I'd be very confident, going into a company, in using the approach you suggest.</description>
