Feedbuddy - Upload your feeds and it will recommend feeds…isn’t this a feature of just about every service where you upload feeds…FEO does this beautifully.

Feedback 2.0 - a group site to communicate and discuss with your users, another module is to help co-ordinate a project and all the different parties involved in the one spot, also see Satisfaction, ShouldDoThis and FeVote.
collabANDrate - similar to Feedback2.0 this is about engaging with a bunch of people, more specifically for ideas and rating them…more individual centric social network idea services are Bank of Ideas, Acorn, IdeaWicket…IBM have ThinkPlace.
