Roundup : Plaxo Pulse, FriendFeed, mevu, thumbalizr, blipback
Plaxo Pulse - a contacts address book turned into lifestreaming/friendstreaming and presence blogging network…sort contacts into a few streams, comment on items, send private messages. [see WW]
FriendFeed - yet another lifestream social network…set up your lifestream and add friends to your friendstream. You can even include imaginary friends into your friendstream, meaning those friends that you still want to follow even though they don’t use FriendFriend, others that have this feature are Spokeo, Tabber, and Blueswarm. [via TC]
mevu - a page that lists all your web profiles, don’t lifestreaming services have this as a feature…if it’s just a widget of profiles you want, try ShowYourself. What about SMS business cards like textms, also check out ooprint web 2.0 business cards (get one at Ziki) [via m]
thumbalizr - When Webshots Pro was free I liked the fact you could take a screenshot via a bookmarklet, and it would host if for you, and then you just whack in the picture or link to it in your blog post.
A similar is tool thumbalizr, then you need a tool like EasyCropper to crop it, and then you need to host it at one of the gaxillion image hosting sites. Other choices are Snipshot which you can host on allyoucanupload, and Pixenate which you can host on Flickr. [via m]
blipback - video commenting for your blog, via webcam or your camera phone…see more ways visitors can interact with your blog. [via m]
