I forgot to mention in my article (this time) that <a href="http://www.rssbandit.org/" rel="nofollow">RSS Bandit</a> also includes threading capability. I assume they do it in a similar fashion: against shared links. One thing that could break threading is incorrect link information, such as FeedBurner-translated URL's. One thing that could break threading is incorrect link information, such as FeedBurner-translated URL’s. I’ve seen that happen a few times already in my return to SharpReader.
