iTaggit - tag all your collections, kind of like secondbrain but for physical content, also has community blogs like eBay…also see Squirl and Zestr.
LibraryThing, Listal, Reader2 and others do this for books (not sure if you can channel into collections), and there are several social wine sites like corkd, anyway I like the idea of iTaggit almost being the lifestream for stuff you own…just watch out for burglars.
Here are some more media managers: MediaMan, Delicious Library, Book Collection, BookBag (for your mobile), Collectorz, Book Library, ReaderWare, etc…

Smart Print - a browser extension for HTML to PDF, difference here is that you can clip sections from different websites into the one PDF to print, kind of like a Google Notebook and NoteFish, or even clipmarks and webchops, but for printing…also see HTML2PDF.

Since my Google Reader OPML is a file and not a URL, I have uploaded the file into Grazr using the “Upload File” option.

Just a refresh, Grazr has 3 choices:

1. Upload File - giving your OPML a URL
2. Copy to Web - cloning an OPML URL, and giving it your own OPML URL
3. Add Bookmark - simply bookmarking an OPML URL (whenever the contents changes at this URL you have bookmarked, it will reflect in your bookmark)

In a months time my Google Reader OPML may change, I may have new feeds, I may have deleted feeds, I may have re-organised folders, etc…
But these changes won’t automatically reflect in my Grazr as I couldn’t use the “Add Bookmark” function due to the Google Reader OPML only having a file not a URL

So, like my Reading List Google CSE I would like to reload the file, overwriting it once a month, this is manually keeping it in synch within a months delay or lag in time.
This is the same concept with FeedVault, which allows you to reload your OPML file whenever you like…see more.

My issue is I can’t do this with Grazr, when I go to “My Files”, and choose from one of my files, there is an edit button, but this only allows to me to change the name of my file and the description…it won’t let me reload or overwrite with a new OPML file.

This means each month I need to create a whole new Grazr OPML URL for my Reading List, this gets messy as over a year I will have 12 snapshot versions of my Reading List.

If you go to a upload a file already there, it will let you know and ask if you want to replace it…my apologies to the Grazr team, for jumping the gun.

I guess what you can’t do is replace the file with another file
eg. if I change RSS Reader I still want to keep the same Grazr URL, but just upload an OPML file from my new RSS Reader.

Maybe what I could do is just rename the file on my desktop to the name of the original file.]
