Twitterverse word bursts

It was just the other day when I mentioned that we need a visual way to see what topics people Twitter about, something like tracking popular keywords, the word burst type of thing.

Well this has been answered by delving into the Twitterverse, see the word bursts for the day or yesterday in the cloud.
Track the Twitterverse throughout the day to see how topics change over the day, or how their impact lessen or grow.

They also have archived search, like I menioned before I’d like to track keywords like I track people, whether via a search feed, or actually tracking keyword updates by SMS in Twitter itself.

Keep abreast of things to come at the Twitterverse blog.

Roundup: Twitter Earth, Reko, Yahoo! Alpha, iStalkr, WriteMaps

Twitter Earth - watch Tweets in 2D or 3D, TwitterVision was all the go, another is Twitter Atlas.
BTW, Frantic Industries has collected all the Twitter fancies in one blog post, also see the Twitter Fan Wiki…another space of all things Twitter is Twitterforum.com.

Reko - recommended friends via the websites you visit, similar idea to Stumble Upon and del.icio.us, and perhaps those web surfing IM chats services like Others Online, chatsum, me.dium and others…slifeshare also fits in. Here’s a screenshot.
Maybe we could see something like Share Your OPML (a place to share and discover feeds), but instead Share your APML, here you would discover people most common with your APML. BTW, Reko seems to also have an OPML feature where you can share and discover people by feeds you have in common. [via mashable]

Yahoo! Alpha - like Searchmash, TagJag and lots of others seems to be a meta-search service. You can extend it by adding sites via the OpenSearch tool, you can also make your page public. In this respect it kind of becomes a search roller. [via mashable]

iStalkr - personal meta-data stream, see mugshot and others. [via LS]

WriteMaps - create a site map, similar things to help out your blog visitors are tours using MapWing and Amberjack, I’ve been listing these type of things here.
