After a lot of research on document management systems, we have started using cyn.in at our office. cyn.in has amazing collaboration features with RSS feeds alerts to inform of any updates or comments to any document, versioning, and brilliant management of documents via the SlashTags (the innvoative multi-dimensional tagging).

But abova all i think its the 'don't think just work' attitude of cyn.in that makes it my favorite.

You mentioned some group content management systems. During my wiki search, I stumbled across BrainKeeper (<a href="http://www.brainkeeper.com/" rel="nofollow">www.brainkeeper.com</a>), which offers a decent wiki product.
