					<description>The Phlat overlay for MSN desktop search allows for tagging of desktop files and e-mails but I found it somewhat cumbersome.  The search -- although it provided faceted browsing of results -- seemed to be less effective than the standard MSN desktop search.  Perhaps the toolbar for tagging would get me to do it, but otherwise, I'm too lazy :)</description>
