Auto grazing from the page you are on
A few posts ago I mentioned a bookmarklet that will create a list of feed URL’s on the current page you are viewing…the next step is to get your favourite RSS Reader to preview or graze (at the moment it is set up for Google Reader).
A comment left by James Corbett was to go the extra mile and wrap it in OPML while you are there…this got me thinking…and it ties up to another post of mine about collecting feeds from a Technorati search results page.
Just say you were on a Technorati search result or tag page, I would like to hit a bookmarklet and in one go create a Reading List, ie. a list of all the feeds (from each post) on the page wrapped in OPML, then I could use this OPML file/URL in an OPML Grazer.
Maybe the OPML Grazer itself could create this bookmarklet…so, it would create an OPML on the fly from the page you are on and whack it in ready for grazing all in the one click…am I asking too much…I can see IE7 doing something like this, maybe they’d call it feed preview.

Hi John, I know I promised to hack something together for you on this today but I got side tracked with back end server issues. I have a design for this that mostly works and some prelim code but I need to clean it up some. It’s definitely possible.
I’ll try to get it working tomorrow.
