CrispyNews: make your own digg
CrispyNews allows you to make your own digg type service…I wonder if anyone has made one of these using Wink.
The idea is that you can make your own user submitted news portal and vote on the best stuff…also make money off the ads…more.
Here’s a sample…each user has a space, and you can browse by category (they seem to be house categories and not user tags).
The Headline tab lists the most popular Recent items, the recent tab lists the most recent voted item (it also lists the most recent submitted item that hasn’t yet got votes).
Each item has a permalink, and you can comment on each item, these are aggregated in the Forums tab, you can also manually post an item into the Forums section.
Headline and Recent tabs have RSS feeds, as do each category…each category also has both Headline and Recent views.
