del.icio.us outline tree

I’d like to present my outline on a blog post or page on my blog.

That is, a published outline so people can collapse/expand my personal OPML directory
…of course you can put a link on your blog to where your outline is hosted like OPML Manager, but what about presenting your outline as a page or a post (for those blogs without pages) in your blog.

So changes I make in my outline are refreshed into my webpage.

But instead of adding items to my outlining tools I’d like this to be much simpler.

I’d like to add bookmarks to del.icio.us as usual and have this appear as an outline on my web page (always refreshed).

Only thing is del.icio.us accounts don’t have an OPML URL, and I would like to choose which tags go into the OPML URL, otherwise set up a specific account

…another limit is that del.icio.us doesn’t have sub-categories.

Aim

To have my outline presented as a published OPML Directory web page.

If del.icio.us had an outline view, then this would be my outlining tool, this is great as it is very easy and quick to add links to del.icio.us.

Then I would have to convert or transport my outline tree to a webpage, that is constantly updated.

Offer an RSS feed for my outline webpage (via del.icio.us feed for my whole account…also do this at the tag level)

Offer an OPML URL for my published OPML Directory, this would come from del.icio.us also (considering they enable an OPML URL for each account…or even each tag as well)
