Thanks for the featuring. It works in two ways:

1- Check the domain extension.
2- If the domain extension is generic, then it check where it is hosted. I confirm that the Ireland flag appears for your blog. This is a problem and it is why I wrote that it is 70% acurate.

I will probably develop a third step that will check if there is a FOAF file attached to the web page, or any other type of profile to check where the author come from. However the problem is always the same: rapidity and bandwidth in a real time system...
