					<description>What you describe is not a new thing, i think. The ipodder directory (ipodder.org) is build as a distributed directory using opml-inclusion. 

I've created a small browser that lets you experience browsing the 'world outlined web' as it shows opml-files as outlines: www.opmlbrowser.com. Nothing fancy, but just a testcase as an example what i think would be nice as an extension for firefox, ie, etc.</description>
