Technorati Mini: obsessive search
Technorati Weblog releases the Technorati Mini.
Simply do a search and a little box pops ups with the results, leave this box open and you will see that it will re-fresh itself every 60 seconds…now that’s fresh content!
You can even do a search on the main page, and then click on the View in Mini link.
Now you can do ego searches and see who is talking about you in next to real time (every 60 sec)…imagine this in in real time, like what Livemarks does for del.icio.us.
Actually the mini search isn’t available for searches at Technorati Tags.
What about if you could do a search on an OPML or a blank OPML search…you could have this window open all the time and read the latest from your favourite feeds, virtually as it happens.
Pity Technorati doesn’t search in OPML’s, unlike Feedster.
Now I need some space on my screen, I wonder if you can doc these somewhere, I’ll just have to minimise the windows.

Steve Rubel has a post at Micropersuasion w/ instructions about loading the mini window in your browser sidebar… Not quite a “drag & dock”, but it might work for you?
