Adobe Acrobat as an RSS Reader
I’ve written about Tom’s innovate RSS2PDF and OPML2PDF tool before, but now he tells me he has really refined it.
Here are my earlier posts:

OPML packets: top 10 blogs
Firstly a host of bookmarklets for an easy one click way to make a PDF from a websites RSS feed.
From the website:
“Visit a website with an RSS or Atom feed and click the “RSS2PDF” button on your link toolbar - our bookmarklets will automagically find the website’s newsfeed and generate a PDF from it. “
Secondly New! Feed/OPML Autodiscovery.
But the best implementation is turning Adobe Acrobat into a light weight RSS reader, as now the bookmarks pane can list your feeds and items.
Check out my blog via the RSS2PDF tool…pretty cool as you can click through items just like an RSS reader.
But that’s just one feed, well you can import up to 10 feeds using the OPML2PDF tool (max. latest 50 posts per feed)…now this is great!
I call this a very light weight reader as it doesn’t know what you have read and so forth, but it does the job, great innovation Tom.
Also it is a great way to print the latest stuff from your RSS reader (first 10 feeds) or any OPML file for that matter, for your train ride home.

Wow, John - thanks again for the great mention !
That’s the kinda press that keeps me tinkering around to come up with improvements for that thing
