Just click the tag name on the left so that the main heading is "Recent Stories from [tag]" and the "RSS 1.0" button is a link to the feed for that tag. The read and unread behaviour is quite different from Bloglines - Bloglines deals with it per-feed, but because of how Rojo works, it marks individual items read when you expand them (it should probably also do this when you click through on them).
