					<description>I've just gone to my Simpy account and noticed that apart from my notes being organised by tag, they also have a permalink so you can point to a URL of an exact note, thanks for pointing that out....now as you said, if this was a public feature, then it would be a blogsonomy, all you would need to add are comments, and trackbacks.

...this is actually a merging of blogs (self publishing diary/notes/posts) and folksonomies!
