There is a free and a commercial service which has never failed on me. A small price to pay annually for reliability! This is probably the oldest and most feature packed service in the market today. I think this is quite unacceptable, as I really rely on it. It has happened in the past, I d give them an uptime of roughly 90% with long downs. Are they on holliday or what?
