Web RSS Reader

Played around with the Web RSS Reader (just add a user name and password and you are instantly hooked up).

Very clear interface…an uncomplicated RSS reader for first timers.

One great function it has in the channel properties is the news filter; on a per feed basis you can filter the feeds content by adding a search term…what a sorely need feature in Bloglines (mentioned this a few times).

The full-text search function works a treat…also mentions it supports podcasts.

Instead of clicking on the title of an item to go to the original article, you can choose to click on the text link which goes to a HTML compressed version of the original article…quicker loading time.

Also has an RSS Generator…I guess it’s like an RSS scrape tool.

This is the best web-based, no fuss light weight RSS reader around!
